Director of Productions (Applications Close: Monday 24th February at noon)

The Director of Productions leads The Rep’s Production Department and the role has overall responsibility for the people, facilities, processes and resources managed within these departments. The postholder oversees delivery of all Rep productions, presented productions and other Rep events utilising the performance spaces. They are the Health and Safety lead for the department and responsible for fostering a strong H&S culture across production. The role leads the department of 30+ staff and large numbers of freelancers and casuals working across all production and technical disciplines and is a member of The Rep’s Senior Leadership Team.

Pay: Commensurate with experience but not less than £54,000 per annum

HR Manager - Fixed Term (Applications Close: Friday 7th March at noon)

This role will sit within The Rep’s People team with the Head of HR and HR Officer and will support the delivery of HR services to departments across theatre. It is a fixed term role and is required to help the organisation through a period of transition as it recruits a new HR Director, with the possibility of extension.

The person in this role will be providing advice and guidance on a wide range of matters including recruitment, employee relations matter, employment law (including working time directive knowledge), change management, performance management and everything in between.

You will need to hit the ground running, be confident in managing senior stakeholders, enjoy working at pace, and thrive in a creative environment. We would want the post holder to be fairly self-sufficient and competent.

Youth Board Trustee (Applications Close: Monday 10th March at 5pm)

Our Youth Board is for young people aged 14 – 25 who wish to have a meaningful impact on the vision and direction of The Rep. The board is made up of Young Rep members and young people with a wide range of interests in theatre, creating and promoting opportunities for young people to get involved in theatre, and help to make positive change.

Casual Technicians (Stage)

The Rep is looking to expand it’s pool of casual technicians.  Casual Technicians will provide technical services, install, operate and maintain staging, lighting & sound technical equipment for The Rep productions, visiting companies and conferences as required.

Casual Technicians will at times be required to flexibly support across all disciplines to ensure that all technical, maintenance and operations are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Please note: By submitting your CV you are agreeing for your details to be held in a pool. Therefore, a Rep member of staff will only be in contact if and when any availability arises.

Pay: £12 per hour, subject to overtime over 39 hours and all other additional payments in line with BECTU.  Enhanced rate available for additional duties including Duty Technician. Pay rate of £12.71 per hour for enhanced duties, e.g. Duty Technician.
