HR Director (Applications Close: Monday 24th March at noon)
The HR Director will shape the culture and people strategy for The Rep and oversee the delivery of HR services across the organisation. The Rep directly employs 250+ people comprising employees and casual workers and engages over 500 freelancers a year mostly across its artistic programme. In 2023 The Rep was named as a Top 75 Employer in the Social Mobility Foundation’s Employer Index. The HR Director is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Pay: £54,000 per annum with more for an exceptional candidate

Deputy Head of Workshops - Scenic Metalworker/Fabricator (Applications close: Thursday 3rd April at noon)
We are excited to be recruiting the role of Deputy Head of Workshop -Scenic metalworker/fabricator. This dual role comprises fabricating and finishing scenic elements to a high standard in a safe and efficient manner and contributing to the supervision and maintenance of the construction department. The ideal candidate will have strong MIG welding and metalwork abilities, with proven experience of supervision in a workshop or similar team environment. They will be expected to deputise for the Deputy Director of Production (Scenic) where required in day to day running of the department, fits ups and assembly of large-scale assembly items.
Pay: £31,742 per annum

Sales & Ticketing Assistant Manager (Applications close: Friday 4th April at noon)
This role is crucial to the smooth running of the Sales and Ticketing team and maximising ticket revenue. You will be an ambassador for The Rep and represent the company mission, vision and values in every customer interaction.
Pay: £29,928 per annum

Casual Technicians (Stage)
The Rep is looking to expand it’s pool of casual technicians. Casual Technicians will provide technical services, install, operate and maintain staging, lighting & sound technical equipment for The Rep productions, visiting companies and conferences as required.
Casual Technicians will at times be required to flexibly support across all disciplines to ensure that all technical, maintenance and operations are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Please note: By submitting your CV you are agreeing for your details to be held in a pool. Therefore, a Rep member of staff will only be in contact if and when any availability arises.
Pay: £12 per hour, subject to overtime over 39 hours and all other additional payments in line with BECTU. Enhanced rate available for additional duties including Duty Technician. Pay rate of £12.71 per hour for enhanced duties, e.g. Duty Technician.
