Graeme Rose

Birmingham born-and-based actor/theatre-maker Graeme Rose is a co-founder of Stan’s Cafe Theatre and The Resurrectionists. He has also worked with companies including BE Festival, Bodies in Flight, BoldText, Bone Ensemble, Coventry Belgrade, Creation Theatre, Kali, Kindle, Imitating the Dog, Modified Toy Orchestra, No Stone Theatre, Talking Birds, Theatre Absolute, The Other Way Works, The Playhouse, Red Shift, Untied Artists, Vamos and Women & Theatre.
Previous Birmingham Rep co-productions include the site-specific Eat! (with Black Country Touring), The String Quartet’s Guide to Sex & Anxiety (dir.Calixto Bieito) and Fred Jeffs: The Sweetshop Murder, created following a Rep Foundry commission, and also available as a Podcast.
Recent performance roles include: Winston in 1984, Sancho in Don Quixote, Bosola in Duchess of Malfi, Capulet in Romeo & Juliet, Scrooge in A Christmas Carol (all Creation Theatre), and Sydney Carton in A Tale of Two Cities: (Chung Ying HK/ Red Shift).
