Indra Wilson
Indra Wilson (She/They) is the creator and performs in Till I Die.
Indra Wilson is a queer, working-class emerging Glasgowbased artist working across contemporary performance, live
art, comedy and dance. Indra’s artistic practice focuses on women’s lives and uses feminist and queer methodologies to investigate the public health sector, art and activism. Their solo work often uses the tool of comedy to explore further themes of sexism, sexuality, sex, nudity, violence against women, queerness and the male gaze.
Their goal as an artist has always been to blur the line between performance making and activism. Collaborating with the third-part sector and charity organisations with performance making. Whilst making Till I Die Indra collaborated with local charity organisations such as Glasgow’s Women’s Aid, Victim Support Scotland and LGBT Domestic Abuse
