Natasha Harris, who brings over two decades of HR leadership experience, is a member of our Board of Trustees.
Natasha Harris, who brings over two decades of HR leadership experience, is known for her innovative and transformational leadership. Natasha has a proven track record of positively impacting organisational capability, enhancing employee experiences, and championing diversity, inclusion, and equity within workplaces. Natasha began her career in retail, Next and Marks and Spencer, holding multiple Commercial and HR roles before moving to the public sector where she has held numerous senior HR leadership roles at the Highways Agency, HMRC, Ofwat and the Gambling Commission.
Natasha’s expertise in employee engagement, diversity and inclusion and stakeholder collaboration complements The Rep’s mission to connect with diverse audiences and inspire creative expression. Her passion for the arts, coupled with her experience in fostering inclusive environments, will bring valuable insights to the Board as The Rep continues to expand its reach and impact.
Alongside work and family life, Natasha is an active member on several Boards and Committees where her HR expertise is called upon. Natasha is passionate about continually improving the lives of Birmingham residents by bringing a focus to inequality across health, education and the arts.
I am truly honoured to join the Board of Trustees at the Birmingham Repertory Theatre. The Rep holds a special place in the heart of Birmingham as a cultural institution that celebrates creativity, diversity, and community. I am passionate about the power of the arts to bring people together, and I look forward to contributing my experience to support The Rep in delivering its vision to inspire and connect audiences from all walks of life.
