We’ve noticed how much our audiences have been loving the recent screen to stage adaptations that have been taking to our stages recently – Withnail and I, Boys From the Blackstuff, The Shark is Broken, Inspector Morse… the list goes on!

National Theatre Live - A Streetcar Named Desire

Continuing our season of National Theatre Live screenings, this June we will be hosting a screening of Tennessee Williams’ timeless masterpiece A Streetcar Named Desire starring Gillian Anderson (Sex Education), Vanessa Kirby (The Crown), and Ben Foster (Lone Survivor) !
Filmed live during its sold-out run at the Young Vic Theatre in 2014, watch as Blanche’s fragile world crumbles, she turns to her sister Stella for solace – but her downward spiral brings her face to face with the brutal, unforgiving Stanley Kowalski.
Tickets from £20 and screenings at 1pm and then 7pm.

Following its sold-run at the Royal Exchange, Manchester we will be hosting the stage adaptation of the 2008 Swedish romantic-horror, Let the Right One In!
Written by BAFTA and Olivier Award-winning playwright Jack Thorne (Adolescence, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, His Dark Materials), this supernatural classic, based on the Swedish novel and film of the same name by Jon Ajvide Lindqvist, is a compelling and unnerving story that will leave your leave your pulse pounding and heart racing.
