Youth Board

The Youth Board

Our Youth Board is for young people aged 14 – 25 who wish to have a meaningful impact on the vision and direction of The Rep. The board is made up of Young Rep members and young people with a wide range of interests in theatre. They work closely with the Creative Learning department to create and promote opportunities for young people to get involved in theatre, and help to make positive changes within the organisation.

The Youth Board:

  • Meet quarterly (sometimes more often for extra projects)
  • Have the opportunity to complete Work Experience placements
  • Create content for Social Media
  • Organise and host Open Mic Nights, workshops, and more!
