Join us for an exclusive workshop here at The Rep led by Director Nyasha Gudo. The workshop aims to equip you with the skills to create effective CVs, identify job opportunities, and understand the distinctions between Assistant and Associate Director roles in theatre. You’ll learn to craft tailored cover letters and CVs, with examples from Nyasha’s own experience.
The session will cover job boards, networking, fellowships, and application strategies, along with a discussion on the responsibilities and career paths of Assistant vs. Associate Directors. Additionally, participants will explore pay rates, contracts, and negotiation tips.
The workshop concludes with action plan development, Q&A, and feedback, providing essential tools for navigating the theatre industry.
