Writing and Movement: Exploring Good for a Girl
This event has passed
This dynamic workshop brings together the art of writing and movement to explore the powerful themes of Good for a Girl, a production that delves into the real-life experiences of women in football.
Led by director Lucy Wild and writer Becky Deeks, participants will have the opportunity to engage in creative writing exercises, exploring topics such as identity, friendship, and overcoming adversity.
Building on these reflections, the workshop will incorporate movement-based techniques to explore the emotional depth of the written words. This workshop fosters self-expression and confidence whilst equipping participants with practical tools for both writing and performance.
