Chilled performances
Chilled performances are designed to welcome anyone that would benefit from a more informal performance environment. There are no changes to the content of the performance or auditorium lighting levels, but there is a relaxed attitude to noise and movement. They are suitable for anyone who might need to make a noise or ask a question to their companion during a show, older people who are experiencing dementia or Alzheimer’s, those who may be nervous about being in a traditional theatre environment, parents/carers with babes-in-arms or very young children.
