Book online:

You can book tickets through this website 24 hours a day but if you’d prefer to speak to someone, or have any questions about your visit, please email or call us. Just click on our ‘What’s On’ section to choose from the shows we have available and select your desired show and date.

The phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 12 noon to 6pm. On Saturdays, our phonelines will be open from 12 noon to 6pm (or 4pm if there is no evening performance scheduled).

Opening hours:

On performance days, counter services will open 90 mins before the start of the performance (with some exceptions). On non-performance days our Box Office counter service would be closed. For performance times and dates, please visit our What’s On section.

We’re closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays unless we have a performance (but you can still book via our website on these days).

Birmingham Rep offers optional Ticket Protection to protect your transaction through the provider Ticket Plan.

For a fraction of the cost of your tickets, Ticket Protection allows you to re-coup 100% of the paid ticket price (including the associated transaction fee) if you are unable to make it to your event.

How to book

1. Select the event you wish to attend and choose your seats

2. Select Ticket Protection as an optional item. One Ticket Protection item is required per ticket to ensure all tickets within your purchase are protected. Click ‘Add to basket’ followed by ‘Continue to basket’.

3. Click ‘Checkout’ and complete your purchase

Please note, Ticket Protection must be purchased at the same time as your ticket purchase, it cannot be purchased retrospectively.

How do I claim a refund?

Please visit www.ticketplangroup.com/refund-application-form and complete an online refund application form, or email refunds@ticketplangroup.com in order to request a refund application form as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of circumstances that may lead you to request a refund.

When booking online, you may notice that you are unable to leave a single seat free when making your selection. If this happens you will need to make an alternative selection.

If single seats do occur, this is often a result of simultaneous bookings online and is sadly unavoidable. This policy is in place as, when single seats are left, they are very likely to remain unsold and this affects the occupancy and does not allow for groups to book together when events are well sold.

We understand that some of our customers have access requirements, and we will always do our best to make sure that those needs are met.

We’re pleased to offer discounted tickets to residents of Ladywood and Erdington for these selected performances.

To book your tickets, simply call our Box Office on 0121 236 4455 (Mon-Sat, 12 noon – 6pm) and quote ‘Ladywood/Erdington Neighbourhood‘. We will require proof of your address and tickets can only be collected on the day of the performance.
